Congratulations to Rove and the crew with last nights first show back pulling close to 1.7 million nationally, with 520,000 in Melbourne. Amazing figures.
I saw bits. It still just seemed like Rove to me, maybe a little less polished because of the time off.
What did other people think?

I thought that Sundays episode was better than last years efforts but I still couldn’t sit through the whole thing. I think the ratings will fall off quite alot over the next couple weeks once the curiosity factor wears off.

Rove’s a fucking moron. He looks like a child, he is not funny and he fucking sucks.
Who the fuck cares? He steals all his jokes from US talk shows and he is a fucking moron.

And a big kiss to you, H_H. You obviously care enough to post. And if Rove is stealing his jokes from US talk shows he’s just following in a great tradition of that in Australian television chat shows.
I watched (well, mostly listened whilst cooking dinner) and it was OK. I hadn’t watched the show since it moved to Ten 😯 because I found his interview style to be sycophantic. But his interview with Toni Colette was alright (might be more down to her than him); I’d watch again in preference to CSI or its ilk and definitely before I’d watch another episode of Gray’s Anatomy. *hurls*
