When Too Much Boxcutters Is Barely Enough…

If you’d like even more Boxcutter action – and who wouldn’t? – here are a few other shows you may enjoy:

The PodcraftJade Gulliver‘s show about podcasting – is usually a tight half hour. Not this week. Really, it’s like a bonus episode of Boxcutters as?the fabulous Jade tries to get a word in edgeways.?It’s sixty minutes talking about television?- teacher, mother, secret lover. Warning: podcasts about podcasts may break the internet.

That Podcast Show says some lovely things about us, and they’re American so it feels like Hollywood. Listen to the lovely Daniel and Jana?by clicking here.

Josh flies the Boxcutters flag as guest on episode 20 of?The Fool And The Opera, Joy Melbourne’s opera show (hosted by the fantastic Dan Vo).

And don’t forget you can see what the boys would look like if they were awkwardly holding televisions by clicking here. Oh, and buy some T-shirts. It’s better than going nude.

  1. plugging myself because I'm totally also guest-starring on that particular episode of Fool and The Opera.

was a blast recording it with you, Josh.

  2. Oh yeah, everyone loves Josh. “Oh, we love you Josh”, “Oh, we're going to marry you Josh, and have little Joshy babies…”

  3. It's because you hated the Battlestar Galactica finale. Sorry John.

  4. Wow. You boys are *all about* Joy, aren't you? Next thing we know, you'll be recording out of City Village every week.

DanBo (no relation to the, as previously mentioned, fantastic Dan Vo)

  5. I seem to have the episode of Fool And The Opera wrong, it's episode 21. And DanBo, when I first met Dan Vo he made the joke that he wasn't you! True! And spooky, no? Also, why does Google keep warning me that The Fool And The Opera site will destroy my computer?

  6. Jade Gulliver says:

Maybe podcasts about opera are going to break the internet, not those fantastic podcasts about podcasts.

    Thanks for the plug John.

Yay, DanBo commented, gotta love the ultimate Boxcutters fan.

  7. Finally got to listen to the podcraft podcast, I really enjoyed it. It was like listening to the directors audio track of a dvd.

Really enjoyed the behind the scenes look at Boxcutters, the audio quality, being a radio show, advertising and covering costs. If/When you get a donation system up, I'll definitely donate. Promise.

  8. I too finally got around to listening to the Podcraft. Really enjoyable.

I have to confess that I found Boxcutters via a search about Marieke Hardy. I think I found it about just after she left, but stuck around for the subject matter, and of course, the humour.

I've taken to sampling S01E01 of most of the shows my tvRSS feeds tell me about, usually after reference Wikipedia to see if I'll be interested. There's a lot of dross about, though.
