I assume there’s some sort of football game on at the MCG tonight so we in Richmond are privileged enough to get a good buzzing from the airship that I mentioned on the show a couple of weeks ago.
It’s more cigar shaped than previous blimps around Melbourne have been and the screen looks like it’s just a rear projection system onto the side of the balloon. That’s a lot less interesting than the report sounded. Not to mention it’s just on a loop of ads for Commodores.
And it doesn’t even look that big and I’m looking at it almost directly overhead.
There’s a word that comes to mind and that word is LAME

A couple of Saturday’s ago Channel 9 showed a 1 hour advertisment in the afternoon called the birth of a commodoore which was all about spruiking the new Holden Commodoore. During that show they had a segment all about this airship, they showed them making the airship in Melbourne, flying around Sydney etc etc…
