The Venice Project
https://www.theveniceproject.com/about.html

The Venice Project™ is a new venture that combines the best elements of the TV experience with the most powerful internet technologies, in a way that will redefine the way people think about television. It is not a file-sharing application or a video download service.

I think it’s worth keeping an eye on this one. I also think Brett doesn’t know what he’s talking about. The way these guys created Skype used existing technologies in a way that nobody else had thought of. They are innovators and I’m quite excited about what they’re building with regard to TV. Definitely worth keeping an eye on.
